Then our vacation apartment in the mountains of Cyprus is just right for you! Enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains of the Troodos Mountains, relax by the pool with the rustling of the pine trees in the wind in the background. Trimiklini is also a central starting point for exploring the many possibilities the island offers in all directions.

As Trimiklini is located halfway between the sea and the mountains, you can easily reach many places for a variety of activities. There are various hiking and cycling paths and mountain bike trails. The nearest beaches and the city of Limassol can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The location of Trimiklini is so central that you can reach a whole host of daily destinations within 45-60 minutes by car:

Olympos / Troodos Mountains – the highest mountain on the island at 1,952 meters. There is also a ski lift here in winter!
Many different beaches: Kourion Beach, Aphrodite Beach, Pissouri Beach, Governers Beach etc.
Mountains, forests, waterfalls: Especially on hot summer days, you will not only find cooling shade and fresh forest air in the large nearby forest areas of the mountainous region, but also several waterfalls where you can hike or relax
The 2 airports – Paphos and Larnaca: both are about 60 minutes away. So you can fly to both.

Rental car required

A rental car is necessary so that you can experience the abundance and be mobile. You can hire one directly at the airport. Please note that Cyprus has left-hand traffic (as in England).

Accessibility to many beaches

TIP Secret beaches: there are plenty of them on Cyprus. Especially in the islands’ nature parks, there are always deserted and undiscovered beach paradises.

The house is located about 800m away, just above the center of Trimiklini. Trimiklini has an excellent infrastructure with

The bakery-pastry shop SIGMA also has a small supermarket and offers a variety of hot meals during the day at a reasonable price, which you can put together as you wish

Remote Worker Welcome!

As I am a remote worker myself, I would like to offer a place that is also ideal for remote workers looking for peace and quiet. There is Internet (100 MBit), a proper desk and a work or “gamer” chair. The pavilion on the private terrace with its dark gravel floor provides shade so you can work on your notebook without glare or reflection. If you don’t want to cook, there is a café/bakery with a kind of canteen in the village. There is always a sufficient and inexpensive selection of “food components” that you can put together as you wish. There are also cafes and restaurants. One of the 2 supermarkets is open 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday. You can also buy many regional products at market stalls. During your lunch break you can jump into the pool and after work you can head to the beach bar for sunset.
