“I thought: this is me.”
For years, I tried to fit in the system.
I played the game.
Performance. Pressure. Always strong.
But inside, I felt empty.
I spent over 18 years in the corporate world.
As a consultant, project manager, trainer and coach for transformation, I worked across industries and countries – managing systems, optimizing processes, and guiding leaders through change.
Yes – I used to do all of that: consulting, SAP, project management, leadership training, coaching, But that version of me ended. What remains is presence. What I offer now is silence, ritual, and a mirror. If you want certificates, I had many. But I burned the frame. Now I give what is not teachable.
I’ve studied Shaolin Chi Kung and the principles of energy with a KungFu Grandmaster in Malaysia, and Transformative coaching in the US – also based on ancient principles.
I understand pressure. I understand performance.
And I understand the cost of staying in roles that no longer fit.
One day my body stopped me to continue this path.
I was forced to ask myself:
Who am I, really?
The journey was long.
I had buried my truth so deeply,
I forgot it was ever there.
What came next wasn’t planned. A profound transformation in Cyprus.
Through long silence in nature a new role revealed itself.
